Launched in August 2024 and located in Gawcott, we bring you outdoor fitness sessions with a dynamic bootcamp twist - set against breathtaking views from a private field.

We pride ourselves on fostering a community-driven environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged to push their limits. No two workouts are ever the same! Each session offers a fresh mix of strength, cardio, and endurance exercises, keeping you engaged, motivated, and always progressing.
And because we believe that hard work should be rewarded, we’ve introduced the Earn as You Exercise reward system- adding an extra layer of motivation to every session.

Expect everything and anything. We dive into each corner of fitness, offering huge amounts of variety to each these sessions. A typical session could have you flipping tyres, throwing slamballs, sandbag runs and everything in-between.
