Located in Gawcott, we offer outdoor fitness sessions with a bootcamp twist—set against the backdrop of some amazing views from a private field. Whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, meet new people, or just enjoy the great outdoors, our sessions are designed to challenge, inspire, and have fun.
We pride ourselves on creating a community-driven environment where everyone is supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. Our workouts are never the same, with each session offering a fresh mix of strength, cardio, and endurance exercises, ensuring you stay motivated and engaged.
And because we believe fitness should be rewarding in more ways than one, we will be implementing an Earn as You Exercise reward system. (Once confirmed, more info will follow.)

Expect everything and anything. We dive into each corner of fitness, offering huge amounts of variety to each these sessions. A typical session could have you flipping tyres, throwing slamballs, sandbag runs and everything in-between.

For every session you participate in, your name will be entered into a monthly prize draw. The more sessions you attend, the more chances you have to win!
